Did Conrad Blacks trial not teach you anything about the legal issues that pop up when you purposely destroy evidence in an on going case. _________________ FREE DOMINION FORUM RULES

You mentioned that she followed him here, I am wondering if something else has happened between them.
Seems to me that she should go after him. Although considening he never pays up, that could be the reason why FD is in the bulleye. |
I think YOUR fanning the flames in this instance is CLEAR evidence of your REAL agenda here.
While there's no love lost between Bill and I....how can YOU make statements about his veracity or "real world" performance...???
You're appearing more and more to have undesirable traits. |

Warning!!!!!!!
Potential Human Rights Abuse Zone
What follows is not for the faint of heart. If you are not a Muslim do not read the following quotes by Bill Whatcott or you may end up being discriminated against or something.
According to this Gentes chick, she has been discriminated against because Bill Whatcott posted the following on FD.
From the complaint:
03/09/06 "To see the original hitting Edmonton mailboxes tonight. (warning disturbing but necessary photo) http://takebackcanada.com/whatcott.html "
04/24/06 "I can't figure out why the homosexuals I ran into are on the side of the Muslims. After all, Muslims who practice Sharia law tend to advocate beheading homosexuals."
03/09/06 "I defy Islamic censorship and speak about what I believe is the truth about violent Islamism and its threat to religious liberty in Canada."
If you are not a Muslim and you have read the above, according to Gentes, you have been discriminated against. I imagine everyone is writhing on the floor right now but I'm not done discriminating against you yet. I'm going to reproduce some more stuff from her complaint to further torture you. These she added with no accreditation, but she doesn't seem to be attributing them to Whatcott:
"How many of us pay nothing but lip service to the Muslim threat here in Canada?"
"Probably everyone want to jail a Muslim."
"I have to ask why we are importing them here?"
"Islamic fundamentalism and its threat to Canada's religious and civil liberties."
Had enough? Say, "Uncle!"
That's it, infidels, you have been discriminated against. I wonder now if I'm a human rights violater too because I printed this. Maybe if somebody quotes they will become criminals too. You can't tell with the Human Rights Commission, they make it up as they go along. _________________ "If it takes force to impose your ideas on your fellow man, there is something wrong with your ideas. Okay Roy, I see you're suffering. You are a dear friend and I wouldn't do this for anyone, but if it'll make you feel better, I will. I'll file a complaint against you next Monday morning.
Please give me your preferences for the subject of the complaint and include the post number for my easy reference.
I will have to use a fictitious name so please help me choose one. And Bambi Velvet-thong is not an option. |

Right to protection
The Canadian Human Rights Act provides for fines of up to $50,000 for threatening, intimidating or discriminating against an individual who has filed a complaint, or for hampering an investigation. The Commission can also investigate and deal with complaints of retaliation against persons who file a complaint.

I was born in 1962, at the tail end of the baby boom. I was a member of the PC party right before I entered University. I quit the party when they nominated Frank Miller instead of ....gasp ... a jew.
So I went in the other direction. However even when I was a card carrying tory I was a social liberal and a fiscal conservative. So that really never changed.
| Quote: | | Are there no poor white people, whom might have benefitted from a free education |
I got a grant and a loan to go to University because I waited until I was 24 before I went and was living on my own. I have lots of white friends who got loans and grants too.
Back then tuition was cheap when compared to living expenses.
Nobody gets a free University education unless you qualify for a loan and a scolarship today. Not even refugees. So I dont really know where you got that impression. |
As usual you are wrong. Natives get free education. I know I lived with one and watched him accumulate 2 college diplomas and 2 university degrees courtesy of the taxpayer. The dude never really stayed at a job. When he got bored he would just quit call up his band and get another free degree, plus free books, plus a monthly living expense while he went to school. I took a welding course and my class had a native fellow there too. I paid hundreds of dollars for supplies and $6,000 + for the actual course. The native got it all for free. To the native fellow in my welding class credit he was hard working and did well, but the principle of him getting it for free by virtue of his race sucked in my view.
You are also full rubbish on your post somewhere around page 42 or so where you state human rights tribunals have no power to imprison. They have already imprisoned a few Canadians who defy their judgements. What they do is get a court order and once the targeted Canadian breaks that court order they are charged, convicted and sent to jail.
You are right about "relaxed" rules of evidence. In my case the evidence was so relaxed it was laughable. One homo claimed he cried after reading my flyer. No witness testified they saw him cry, but it was worth $5,000 for "loss of dignity and self esteem."
Two of my flyers which netted $10,000 of the $17,500 judgement against me were verbatim photocopies of "man seeking boys, age not relevant" ads in Perceptions homosexual magazine. My lawyer argued my flyer exposing potential homosexual child abuse was a public service. However two homosexuals were offended so I was found "guilty."
.... and dear rsf you could I suppose dismiss this as "nutty Whatcott" ranting. It is not only me, dozens of Christians have been hauled before these Tribunals over the years. Some of these Christians were even quite "moderate," Scott Brockie in Toronto who was fined $5,000 and the Knights of Columbus in BC who bent over backwards trying to accomodate two lesbians who wanted to "marry" at their hall immediately come to mind. Neither of those two would be nearly as forceful in their denunciations of homosexuality as I am yet they were penalized because they did not want to violate their consciences in appeasing that which is clearly wrong.
really RSF you have to repent and get right with God. You were more hateful than I ever was towards any of my oponents when you first came on this board and flamed maliciously at me. None the less I forgave you and long ago moved on. Heck, I believe you should be able to say your peice and disparage those whome you disagree with. You should extend the same to your opponents. I note you mentioned I might be the cause of this complaint, and I interpreted that comment as insinuating maybe the complaint is legit. I know what I write here. If you believe that should be censored by the state you are a filthy homofascist.
I haven't read everything, but it looks like someone might have complained to the HRC because of my posts. I have to read on to get more info............
I will try to help however I can if that is the case........... _________________ "They that would give up essential liberty for a little temporary safety deserve neither

Hilarious, what a shrew. I guess she doesn't get out much, eh? Firstly, these are probably the most intellectual comments I've heard Bill use.
Secondly, because anyone who's gone to a local bar can attest, language much more derogatory than this is pretty commonplace.
I guess she was too busy listening to whale music and making new recipes for granola casserole to come join us here in the real world. I suspect mental illness. _________________ Opinions posted on Free Dominion are those of the individual posters and are not necessarily the opinion of Free Dominion or its operators.
